Editing stories of resilience and return

As Video Editor with The Colony Media, I collaborated with Executive Producers and freelance designers to craft promotional teasers for Trauma, an Afghanistan war documentary by Harry Sanna. The film follows members of a medevac unit as they return home, each navigating their own physical and emotional wounds.

My role focused on creating impactful teasers and social media ads, along with website assets that introduced audiences to the documentary’s themes of resilience, family, and healing. The edits balanced urgency with intimacy, capturing the emotional core of the film while driving engagement across platforms.
